Names Designer customizes and produces both design and products to individuals' choosing. We have a NO RETURNS POLICY. Special cases, complaints, or credits are do to defects made by Names Designer. Please contact Jones Creations concerning any issues with a designer, product, or process.

Terms & Conditions

Please abide by the Terms and Conditions. Our terms protect users, site, and developers from vulnerable site manipulations and intellectual use. Please do not link, copy, test, or modify code unless you have written permission from the owner of Jones Creations or an appointed officer of Jones Creations. We send permission in writting.

Names Designer crew are always looking for ways to improve our app. However, please do not submit ideas to Names Designer unless you have written Idea Authorization Submission form.

We may use Facebook or Google login at times to make site login simple. We only collect location, email, name, and profile picture for delivering a personalized environment.

Name, Shipping Address, and Email is what we use to submit status about your product and deliver products to its proper destination. However address cannot be modified once it has been lock-n-secured. This feature allows us to demand privacy for any address submitted through our app. It's a one-way non-editable encryption is used to secure your data. You may re-enter Shipping details as many times as allowed. However, you will not be able to view submitted Shipping data after selecting the lock-n-secure button. Name and Email address can be recovered or re-entered. We ask that you check all information before selecting the lock-n-secure button.

We use Stripe integration for our payment. Stripe has been known to secure your private Credit and Debit cards worldwide. We do not save your Credit or Debit card information on our servers! If and when storing card information - Stripe handles payments securely.

Timing

Names Designer receive many design requests. We suggest you order 2 - 3 weeks in advance. If you would need it expedited more rapidly please contact your Names Designer directly before ordering! Our products range from letter design to logo design. Personalized products to personalized brands. Names Designer gives you an economical solution to add your name to an available ND wearable.
